We’re looking for a Senior Lombard Lending Specialist to:

• offer support during each stage of a transaction's life, from origination to execution to ongoing maintenance of bespoke financing solutions
• develop pitch book presentations to explain Lending offering, discuss client or prospect’s financing solutions and recommend strategies to meet client goals and to enhance overall relationship
• provide sales coverage and develop new Lombard sales ideas to achieve targets to acquiring new business and to further develop existing relationship with our clients
• entertain client’s conversation in order to understand their objectives, risk tolerance and expectations
• conducting in depth analysis on the borrowers (individual clients, operating companies and institutional funds) and writing detailed credit assessments with supporting materials.
• responsible for identifying and formulating the mitigating measures when assessing credit risk of the complex lending transactions.
• excellent knowledge of different asset classes including but not limited to equities, fix income, mutual and hedge funds and private equity investments.
