Responsibilities

• Ensure company and departmental processes are followed and actioned accordingly. 
• Attending to stakeholder enquiries. 
• Generating and updating Backorder report. 
• Weekly Customer ETA report.
• Check with colleagues to Perform maintenance and updates on purchase orders.
• Utilizes ERP system to perform inquiries on transactional history, where used and planned inventory movement in support of inventory reconciliation, receipt, transfer and shipment. 
• Confers with Warehouse Supervisor regarding stock receipts, quality and availability. 
• Participate in all Stock count activities.
• Participate in warehousing tasks as may be demanded.
• Assists in investigation, identification and resolving of discrepancies in the procurement and supply processes. 
• Coordinates with the parts department, warehouse and other departments to ensure tracking of Purchases and Sales for timely delivery of goods to clients. 
• Identifies and classifies the goods, for correct HS Code application. 
• Calculates respective duties and taxes on imported goods for payment to Zambia Revenue Authority. 
• Understand and appreciate the customs procedure. 
• Monitors customs clearance processes with respective Clearing Agents and provide update to subordinates and other stakeholders. 
• Review clearing agent declarations on CE20 and assessments for correct classification and submits for approval of payments. 
• Maintains shipping and receiving timetables and ensures filling system is adhered to ensure compliance is not compromised.
