5 GCSE at C or above or knowledge gained in a similar environment. FLT Certification 

Experience and Background:

Must have at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong communication skills are essential.

Computer literate, Excel and Word skills are crucial

QAD experience would be desirable but not essential 

Good attention to detail is a must.

This role will be working within the Packing and Logistics team to ensure manufacturing parts are packed and shipped in and out, in accordance with quarterly revenue targets.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

Unload and load vehicles Weigh count and pack “finished goods” with zero nonconformity Erecting and filling pallets for shipment to final customers Receiving packed “finished goods” into Inventory Relocate finished goods in ERP system  Process customers shipments (Picking, Invoicing, Labelling, Transport bookings) Maintain required record keeping in line with business operating processes Assisting with general despatch requirements Provide holiday cover for colleagues within the logistics team
