We seek a Logistics Technician with bioreagent industry experience to manage end-to-end warehouse operations ensuring efficient and compliant logistics.

This position reports to the Logistics Manager and is part of the Hangzhou Distribution Center (9 -10 team members) located in Hangzhou and will be on site. At Abcam, our vision is to be the most influential life sciences company for researchers worldwide.

In this role, you are responsible for:

1. Order Fulfillment 

- Daily process domestics/export shipments (including cold chain packaging)

- Coordinate cross-departmentally with customer service/supplier chain/trade compliance team for on-time delivery

2. Goods Receiving 

- Perform unpacking inspection with limited error rate

- Implement 30-minute issue response protocol -to timely clean up all abnormal receipts on the day to ensure accurate supply

3. Inventory Control 

- Conduct monthly physical counts (accuracy required) 

- Maintain real-time WMS updates 

4. Cold Chain/handling Operations 

- Daily 2-3hr work in 2-8℃ /-20℃ walk-in-freezers

- Handle ultra-low temp equipment (-20℃/-80℃) 

--Blue ice/consumables/package handling and standardized operation of forklifts and other handling tools

5. Compliance 

- Enforce 5S standards (daily checklist) 

- 100% EHS compliance (PPE usage, zero incident)

*Requirements:**

✅ Education: College+ (Logistics/Biotech preferred)

✅ Experience: 1-3 yrs in biopharma/cold chain

✅ Skills:

- ERP/WMS proficiency

- Physical: 25kg lifting capacity

- 协同客服、贸易合规等部门确保时效与质量达标  

2. 货物接收与库存管理  

- 执行拆箱验收、系统录入及货架分配， 确保正确率

- 建立异常问题30分钟响应机制，及时清理当天所有异常收货，确保供货无误

3. 仓储监管  

- 执行月度盘点/半年循环盘点， 确保库存准确率达到要求

- 维护系统数据实时更新  

4. 冷链/搬运作业  

- 每日冷库作业时长2-3小时（2-8℃/-20℃环境）  

- 规范操作超低温设备（-20℃/-80℃）  

-蓝冰/耗材/包裹搬运及规范操作叉车等搬运工具

5. SOP合规  

- 严格执行5S管理标准（每日清洁检查表）  

- 100%符合EHS规范（PPE穿戴率、事故零记录）

**任职要求：**  

✅  学历：大专及以上（物流管理、 生物技术 相关专业优先）  

✅  经验：1-3年 生物医药 / 冷链物流 实操经验优先  

✅  技能：  

- 熟练操作ERP/WMS系统  

- 体力要求：可搬运25kg标准货物
