SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to support the Operations Management team in organizing and directing work to associates in such a manner as to meet all dates/deadlines and achieve established quality, safety, and productivity standards with consistent adherence to procedures and policies. This position is responsible for training and providing feedback to associates in alignment with a continuous improvement environment, using AMS tools. The Warehouse Team Leader must ensure that the associates are performing to establish standards. They will lead continuous improvement through effective associate involvement and make recommendation to improve work methods.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
· Train and provide feedback to associates on all aspects of warehouse/shop roles, including new hires, cross-training, safety practices and procedures, quality requirements, standard work
· Conduct audits to ensure standards are maintained. This includes, but not limited to: safety, finished goods quality, scrap and standard work audits.
· Assists in the facilitation of the front line management process in accordance with AMS principles. Lead continuous improvement activities through effective associate involvement.
· Participate in stand up meetings, lead as required.
· Assists in line set up through collaborative effort with shift supervisor, including identification of associates training.
· Follow and administer all safety procedures and protective equipment according to standards. Be proactive on safety concerns and make recommendations when appropriate.
· Assist in the development and lead the continuous improvement of standard work and quality plans. Administer and train associates to these expectations.
· Challenge status quo values in an open and positive manner by asking associates questions, listening to their concerns and making suggestions where appropriate.
· Provide leadership in the areas, of productivity, communication, conflict resolution, process constraints and problem solving.
· Deploy, execute and train Lean & Ergonomic Principles
· Work with other team leaders to back fill for any absentee issues.
· Attend and participate in all required meetings by being on time and contributing in a positive and open minded manner.
· Understand and accept internal and external customer expectations, adjust to changing needs within business by being flexible and adaptable.
· Maintain a respectful workplace environment and a positive attitude towards change and others.
· Follow and support Supervisors direction on decisions related to operations, policies and personnel.
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
· 3+ years of warehouse experience
· Solid skill set in the areas of, communication, problem identification and appropriate problem solving.
· Demonstrated ability to acquire and apply continuous improvement, lean and Manufacturing Systems (AMS) tools and concepts and staying current on processes.
· Knowledge of operations, product, processes and equipment.
· Basic computer skills.
· Demonstrated ability to be positive, self-motivated, and also to work with and motivate other Associates.
· Ability to work varied shifts as required with notice.
· Must be able to stand for 8+ hours
· Must be able to lift 75Lbs.
· Must have experience with Powered Industrial Equipment in a warehouse setting
COMPENSATION
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $23.95-$39.00.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
