**Job Description Summary** As a Logistics Team Lead 3PL, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our third-party logistics partners and ensure the efficient and compliant management of our pharmaceutical supply chain. We are based at the Campus of the Technical University Eindhoven. **Essential Responsibilities** + Heading a logistics team of 3 coordinators, 4 specialists (hiring, evaluating, coaching, instructing); + Oversee the activities of third-party logistics providers, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements; + Monitor and evaluate the performance of 3PL partners, addressing any issues or discrepancies; + Steering and supervising projects; + Manage the relationship with carriers, freight forwarders; representing the business by leading monthly and annual business reviews; + Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and other relevant regulations; + Address and follow up any non-compliance issues promptly and effectively (Ensure the meaningful and timely resolution of Deviations, Investigations, CAPA’s, complaints and change controls); + Supervise the compliance of the team (trainings, work instructions, overlooking the processes); + Understanding and controlling logistics costs (airfreight rates, road linehauls, taxes). **Basic Requirements** + Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related; + In-depth knowledge of 3PL operations and cold chain logistics; + Experience in leading a team; + Knowledge of GDP and other relevant regulatory requirements; + Fluent English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus; + Excellent communication skills; + Full-time availability. **Behaviors** We expect all employees to live and breathe our behaviors: to act with humility and build trust; lead with transparency; deliver with focus, and drive ownership – always with unyielding integrity. **Total Rewards** Our total rewards are designed to unlock your ambition by giving you the boost and flexibility you need to turn your ideas into world-changing realities.
