Job description, responsibilities and duties Administration of users in Logistics systems Training of internal and external users of Logistics systems Ensuring proper documentation of Logistics systems and processes is made available to internal and external user and kept up-to-date. Assistance on Process document creation Providing active support to internal and external users of Logistics systems Maintenance of master data in Logistics systems Monitoring of data quality in Logistics systems Follow-up and escalation of issues identified and/or reported by Logistics systems users
Personality requirements and skills At least High school education Focus on Administration, IT and Systems Active knowledge of English (daily using) PC skills: MS Office, Internet applications Good presenttion skills (you will train other employees) We appreciate previous experience, but we are also open to fresh graduates
