Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
+ Provide executive-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership, including task coordination and adherence to standard operating procedures.
+ Develop and maintain action plans and risk registers; analyze and report on enterprise-level supply chain risks and mitigation activities; deliver regular updates and author the annual SCRM Integration Report.
+ Monitor and report on risk decisions made in governance forums, tracking progress through closure and providing recommendations to stakeholders.
+ Identify and embed supply chain risk controls into logistics and materiel management business processes; evaluate tools and services for alignment with supply chain risk management taxonomy and track implementation performance and compliance.
+ Lead planning and coordination for the annual SCRM Summit, including venue logistics, A/V setup, catering, and speaker management; provide onsite support and ensure seamless execution of all event logistics.
+ Execute routine tasks in support of the SCRM Integration Center's mission and operational priorities.

Qualifications
Required:
+ Master's Degree
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
+ Must be willing to go on-site in Alexandria up to 5 days a week
+ Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
+ Secret Clearance Required
+ 10+ years experience in supply chain risk management
+ 3+ years experience reporting on enterprise-level risks, mitigation activities and monitoring governance decisions
+ 3+ years experience integrate risk controls into business processes and evaluate tools for compliance
+ 2+ years experience in data analytics, part of which should be within the Advana platform
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,000 to $198,400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
