**Description** SAIC is looking for outstanding IT candidates to join our Defense & Civilian Sector in support of the Federal Aviation Administration Integrated Service Center (FAA ISC). SAIC leads the way to provide customer-centric IT Service Management (ITSM) focused on improving service, and leveraging processes and strategies with an emphasis on timely IT services and support. Candidates will be a key part of a team of IT professionals who provide hardware and software support for the FAA. Candidate will be a part of the IT Hardware logistics team responsible for inbound and outbound deliveries of IT equipment, managing stock of equipment, record keeping, and customer communications. **Responsibilities** + Performs a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties working out of a central warehouse + Helps coordinate physical distribution, order fulfillment, and inventory management and control + Uses computer systems for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting + Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment, packs/unpacks IT equipment + Identifies and researches delivery issues + Maintains inventory of stock + Create knowledge base articles to document procedures **Qualifications** **Required Skills and Experience** + High School and five (5) years or more related experience. + Must have the ability to obtain and hold a Public Trust clearance, Citizenship Required. + 18 years of age or older + Ability to lift 40+ pounds **Desired Skills and Experience** + Associate’s Degree in related discipline and two (2) years related experience; Or High School diploma and ten (10) years equivalent experience performing in a logistics support role + Experience with Record Keeping/Microsoft Excel + Excellent written communication skills + Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized + Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools + Experience with FedEx or other delivery platforms + Enjoy working as a team member as well as independently REQNUMBER: 2507873 SAIC is a premier technology integrator, solving our nation's most complex modernization and systems engineering challenges across the defense, space, federal civilian, and intelligence markets.
