Your Role:

Under general supervision, the Logistics Supervisor will supervise a team of up to 10 people managing customer inventory and materials databases for all materials in 17 buildings in 22+ storage locations. You will oversee all incoming and outgoing shipments, manage materials movements, and manage stocking locations to optimum inventory levels throughout the facilities. The Supervisor will maintain usage reporting, min/max maintenance, inventory cycle counts, and yearly wall-to-wall inventory, to maintain maximum inventory accuracy. You will communicate and collaborate with customers to improve and enhance processes. You will also with suppliers and vendors for materials planning and coordination of shipments, as well as maintain well-organized work areas and storage locations meeting all local, state, and federal storage regulations.

Other responsibilities include:

Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of incoming, outgoing, and intercampus shipmentsMaintain and review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accurate supply for facilities-owned materialsCollaborate with vendors to plan regular shipping routes of materials to the site campuses to eliminate downtime related to inventory shortageCollaborate with operations to create communication efficiencies within field operations

 

Who You Are:

 

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of Supervisory or Lead experience2+ years of experience in inventory coordination in a manufacturing or R&D environment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, advanced Excel skillsBachelor’s or Associate Degree in Logistics, Management, or Supply ChainExperience in Barcode or RFID trackingExperience in Container Tracking Inventory System (CTS)Inventory reconciliation experience

 

Pay Range for this position - $109,300 to $163,900/year

Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data.
