**What you'll bring to the team** We are currently recruiting for a **Logistics Supervisor** to help put the sparkle into secondary spends. At **Madame Tussauds,** this means we give our guests everything they need to create and share their favourite kind of fun with memorable products, exciting store layouts, tasty treats, and spellbinding photo concepts all to increase their spending and dwell time. As a **Logistics Supervisor** you are the backbone of the Madame Tussauds London commercial department, ensuring our guests have access to those special items that put the cherry on top of a world class experience. You will ensure stock replenishment, movement, booking and quality is managed on a daily basis while supporting the commercial team to deliver Guest Obsession through everything they do. Your main responsibilities include: + Accepting and distributing deliveries across Madame Tussauds London. + Liaising with suppliers to book stock in and raise any stock or delivery issues. + Ensuring colleagues are supported whilst meeting departmental needs by attending work, being ready to start on time and demonstrating a willingness to go that extra mile. + Ensuring conduct is in line with the attraction’s training procedures, ensuring the safety of colleagues and guests is always prioritised. This is a Permanent position where you will be working on a 5 days out of 7 roster basis.
