This includes monitoring compliance with the production forecast versus actuals, addressing distribution issues, and conducting warehouse tours to ensure proper material handling and adherence to best practices in the repackaging area. The incumbent will work closely with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) for warehousing, repackaging, and distribution, to ensure alignment with the service level agreements (SLAs) established with EMBECTA’s customers, as well as with the key performance indicators (KPIs) defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). They will also be responsible for tracking inbound processes for imported products into Mexico’s warehouse. The Logistics Supervisor will support the execution of transactions in SAP embecta for LATAM. This position reports to the Logistics and Distribution Leader, Latin America. The incumbent will execute operational tactics to ensure the supply chain supports sales in Mexico, with a constant focus on minimizing costs and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. **Strategy Development and Execution** + Collaborate for the managing daily operations to support business goals, to result in significant savings while improving customer experience and comply regulatory requirements + To execute warehousing - repackaging and distribution strategy to meet customer expectations for product and service deliver performance, at optimal combination of costs, quality, and resources. + To work side by side with 3PL to support business objectives. + Knowledge of ERP tools and capabilities, including, data management and reporting, project timelines, Mexican regulatory requirements, cost efficiency. **Warehousing and Freight Management** + Collaborate for fast and efficient shipping and distribution systems, warehousing and managing regional third-party logistics provider, network optimization and delivering harmonized processes and tools + Collaborate for efficient repackaging process. + Daily revision of inventory differences between 3PL WMS and SAP embecta, working interfaces (PGR , PGI´s, storage locations changes, etc). + Tracking production plan vs real + To create DN, ASN´s for repackaging + To track import and export ASN´s, documents and shipments. + Collaborate with costs strategic initiatives. Monitoring costs on Repackaging & Warehouse & Distribution. + Support initiatives which improve the customer experience in warehousing & repackaging and distribution fields. + Develop strategies and tactics to improve warehousing & repackaging and distribution process. + Manage relationship with third-party logistics partner to ensure they deliver to Terms and Conditions of contract. + Non-conformances- investigation and implementation of supply chain corrective action(s) to resolve supplier and customer non-conformances. + To ensure right use of Standard Operation Procedures, Work instructions, Global Policies that apply to Warehouse & Repackaging and Distribution process. + Accountable for continuous search and implement best practices for warehouse – repackaging and distribution processes. + Monitor that regulatory requirements are met by the 3PL and transportation suppliers. **Continuous Improvements and Change Management** + Monitoring KPI’s vs SOW and develop action plans to improve performance. + Ability to execute cost reduction strategies directly into warehousing & repackaging and distribution operations. + To implement best practices in warehousing & repackaging and distribution operations and ensure quality compliance. + Monitor daily operations to drive performance, compliance, and continuous improvements. + Identity continuous year-over-year improvement of the customer experience while maintaining or improving annual spend. **Basic Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree is required in supply chain, engineering or business field. + 5+ years in a similar industry (pharma, health, medical devices. + Proven success managing customer centric operations in a warehouse and distribution process. + Must have prior experience working in a warehouse environment. + Experience in managing logistic & supply costs and operational efficiencies in storage. + Experience in managing 3PL suppliers. + Experience managing continuous improvement projects in supply and logistics field. + Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office suite + Experience in managing good storage and distribution practices in industry (pharma, health, medical devices). + Knowledge about regulatory and quality requirements in industry (pharma, health, medical devices). + Computer skills including familiarity with ERP/SAP, WMS and TMS, and Microsoft Excel. + Must have basic knowledge of reading, writing and speaking of the English language. **Preferred Requirements:** + Working in an international environment a plus. + SAP experience is a plus + Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus + Certification from a recognized supply chain institution such as APICS or CSCMP is a plus + Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, problem solving and time management skills. + Strong customer orientation and customer service delivery. + Ability to continuously challenge processes/procedures based on the latest industry thinking. + Highest levels of personal and professional integrity. + Results-oriented person, highly proactive and hands-on \#LI-WH1 embecta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.  We do not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, age, sex, creed, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, marital or domestic or civil union status, familial status, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetics, disability, military eligibility or veteran status, or any other protected status.
