Logistics Supervisor – Receiving M-F, 12-8:30 PM
Job Description

Join Agilent’s multifaceted logistics team and play a key role in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of products that support scientific discovery and innovation. As a Logistics Supervisor, you’ll direct a team focused on receiving operations, driving performance, and optimizing processes to meet customer and business needs.

SHIFT: M-F, 12-8:30 PM, and some Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support a team responsible for receiving operations, ensuring the timely and accurate handling of incoming goods.

Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to operational standards and safety protocols.

Supervise physical distribution activities, including warehousing, inventory management, and product localization.

Ensure compliance with trade regulations and internal policies related to import/export and logistics operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

Maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers, including performance monitoring and contract adherence.

Chip in to logistics strategy development, including process improvements and network optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficiency in adhering to warehouse safety protocols.

5+ years of proven experience leading teams, projects, or programs in logistics or supply chain operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with WMS, inventory management systems, and 3PL operations; SAP experience preferred.

Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including a forklift

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $80,800.00 - $126,250.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
