The Opportunity:

Tetra Tech adds a Logistics Specialist to our Logistics team based in Maitland, Florida.  This is an in-office, project-based role based out of our Maitland office.

Your Role:

Assist the logistics team in fulfilling supply requests during high volume periods

Schedule and track deliveries to job sites; resolve delays by coordinating with vendors and customers.

Maintain logistics documentation and update inventory systems.

Previous experience in Materials and/or Inventory Tracking is desirable.

Analyze stock charge in/outs on material for validity to the product structure.

Track needs that come into the logistics inbox to help ensure all operational needs are met

Provide general administrative and warehouse support as necessary to the department

Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.

Perform duties in a warehouse operations environment with some physical exertion; both inside and outside work in all weather conditions.

This position requires occasional travel across the US.

Qualifications:

Be detailed oriented

Be organized and have good time management skills.

 

Proficiency with Excel

The ability to work in a team setting
