Work in a pivotal, central role in ensuring the successful co-ordination of logistics, transport and customs compliance. Experience in a Logistics, Shipping, Trade Compliance or Customs background, working in a multi-product or manufacturing background.
As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the end to end process for Built Not Shipped (BNS)
Working with internal & external stakeholders to remove any blocks preventing Built Not Shipped from progressing including Financial, Global Trade & System issues
Reporting daily/weekly on BNS status. Driving completion of rhythms around BNS
Maintaining, tracking & progressing processes around BNS. Supporting all functions in reducing BNS
Reviewing customs clearance issues & work with Global teams to ensure compliance
Contributing to the KPI target of Built On time Not Shipped (BONS)
Supporting business processes where needed

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a BSc. from an accredited institution or college
Have experience of working within a supply chain function
Have excellent Customer Service skills, Customer Relationship Management
Be able to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
Be able to work as part of a team
Be team-focused, experienced at building relationships and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to problem solve
Have the right to work in Ireland not requiring future sponsorship

Monday to Friday – 0800-1600hrs
Overtime as and when required by the business
