Are you passionate about logistics, data accuracy, and process improvement? Join our team as a **Logistics Specialist** and play a key role in ensuring smooth freight invoice processing and dispute resolution across our global operations.
**🚀** **Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities**
As a Logistics Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:

+ _Disputes management_
Review and verify transport invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual terms and company policies. Identify structural sources for disputes and solve them together with our business partners (carriers, purchasing, shipping operations).
+ _Manage integration logs_
Follow up on system notifications and integration logs linked to invoice issues. Read error logs and connect with other colleagues (finance, IT, shipping operations, indirect purchasing) for resolution.
+ _Tickets and follow-up_
Raise IT tickets on structural issues and follow up until resolution is implemented for monitoring. Provide feedback to improve overall dispute management process and provide visibility to shipping operations and purchasing colleagues.
+ _Reporting_
Maintain accurate records of all transport invoices and related dispute resolution activities. Prepare and present reports on dispute trends, resolution outcomes, and potential areas for process improvement.
+ _Regular follow-up with forwarders_

**👤** **Who You Are, Required Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience within logistics
+ Technical background and interest
+ SAP knowledge
+ Strong knowledge of MS Excel
+ Strong analytical skills
+ Communicating in fluent English is a must
**🤝** **Reporting & Collaboration**
You’ll report to the **Logistics Execution Excellence Manager** and work closely with peers, logistics providers, the shipping department, and Group Purchasing.
