Mission of the Role: Responsible for the logistics activities within Visteon Electronics Bulgaria.

Key Objectives of this Role:

Parcel Service Management and Execution; Main Contact person regarding parcel service; Management of the Visteon Electronics Bulgaria shipment account; Receiving Incoming goods; Organizing export of packages; Organization of the Customs release of shipments; Responsible for the two locations in Visteon Bulgaria; Organizes or perform the transport between the main office and the Laboratory; Proposes and implements improvements in the logistic and warehouse processes in cooperation with the management; Supports office process and Internal Events; Responsible for the warehouse’s organization and management; Organizes and manage the Storages in the main office and warehouse in the laboratory in an effective and efficient manner. 

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse specialist role; Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage warehouse operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth workflow; Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, management, suppliers, and vendors; Valid driving license (category B); Proficiency in English and Bulgarian; Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) software is considered an advantage.
