🚛 **Logistics Specialist**
Are you passionate about optimizing logistics processes and driving operational excellence? Join our dynamic team as a Logistics Specialist, where you'll play a key role in improving efficiency, supporting automation, and enhancing service quality across our logistics operations in the EUA region.
You’ll also follow up on **end-to-end logistics flow – from order creation to invoice generation** , support with **system settings linked to routes, reporting, and error handling** , and **deep dive into system connectivity issues** , driving **new process implementation** linked to these areas.
🌟 **What You’ll Do**
As a Logistics Specialist, you will:
+ **Drive logistics improvement initiatives (30%)** Identify and implement process enhancements focused on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
+ **Support daily operations (20%)** Provide hands-on support to EUA shipping and distribution center teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics flows.Focus on **SAP system settings linked to creation of routes, lanes, order confirmations, and output maintenance** in the system.
+ **Manage logistics projects (15%)** Maintain a centralized catalogue of logistics-related initiatives, ensuring visibility, stakeholder alignment, and timely execution.
+ **System connectivity and error handling (15%)** Deep dive into **system connectivity and error handling** linked to logistics operations.
+ **Deliver training and documentation (10%)** Create and present training materials for new processes, tools, and system changes.
+ **Translate operational needs into technical specifications** Take active part in translating operational needs into technical specifications and drive system improvements with other departments.
+ **Ensure continuity of improvement efforts (10%)** Act as a back-up for the Continuous Improvement Specialist, supporting ongoing initiatives.

🎓 **Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in logistics
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
+ Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
