Job Summary

Process and follow up purchase orders, handle trade compliance related matters, check input data on 3rd party service providers which include customs broker, warehousing, local transporters and international freight forwarders. Coordinate with order management/customer service on delivery Generate and verify shipping documents for approval
Responsibilities

Process and follow up local and interco purchase orders in both MFG Pro and AP Hub Oracle R12 ERP systems Handle and coordinate delivery and Customs matter with forwarders Updating, check and input data on shipment report. Local sourcing
Basic Qualifications
(Essential qualifications, language, driving licence etc)
Purchasing, logistics and warehouse background Preferred Driving license Diploma / Degree level Preferred Language: English
