Customer Service China

 

The Customer Service is responsible for serving customers by providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems. This includes order processing and shipment tracking with a primary focus on maintaining customer satisfactions and supporting new customers opportunities for on time delivery in Food Safety products with a specific focus on Mycotoxin, Allergen, Food Pathogen, GMO, Sampling and Hygiene products.

 

 

These are your tasks and responsibilities we trust in you:

Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.Opens customer accounts by recording account information.Maintains customer records by updating account information and shipment trackingResolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

In order to leave your foodprint with us, you need the following skills:

Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Supply ChainBackground in Customer Service, Product Knowledge (a big plus), Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking. Knowledge of Axapta, a plus.  A science background would be very helpful.Possess excellent written, oral communication and presentation skillsHighly dedicated and attention to details with a high degree of personal motivation
