This role is responsible for the accurate and timely picking, packing, preparation, and shipping of all customer orders. Additionally, the role is responsible for accurate material handling and cycle count functions.

What You Will Do:
Performs data entry to release, moves into location, or adjusts inventory through computer software Addresses departmental paperwork and conducts physical searches/research of missing products Releases production process orders; reviews and completes production posting and usage transactions on process orders; and maintains filesAssists in researching discrepancies on cycle counts Responsible for month end close; that all process orders are completed in a timely manner for month end without crossing monthly lines. Report such to controllerEnsure Inventory accuracy and monitor monthly reports (MUV) to ensure targets are metMonitors bulk tanks weekly for standard set by Ecolab/Nalco procedure.Learn to backup Logistics Specialist for Cycle CountingInterfaces with lab personnel, planners, production supervisors and operators.Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record-keeping purposesWorks with establishment representatives to rectify problems such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance to specificationsTracks departmental data and generates applicable reports as neededStores shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stockMaintains a clean and safe work environment. High School diploma or GED1 year of customer service, administrative, inventory, production, or supply chain support role1 year of previous experience in a warehouse, transportation, shipping, and receiving related capacity1 year of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)1 year of WMS (Koerber and ERP-SAP, etc) experienceNo Immigration Sponsorship available for this opportunityPhysical Demands:

The pay range for this position is $43,200.00 - $64,800.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
