Position Summary

This position performs tasks related to warehouse and inventory management (preparation of guides, storage of equipment, spare parts, tools and other goods) in accordance with the instructions, standards and regulations established by the company.

Essential Responsibilities

• Responsible for complying with safety regulations for the different operations related to the
delivery, reception and inspection of equipment inside and outside the warehouse.
• Reception of equipment, spare parts and accessories that enter the warehouse, locating them according to their nature, after comparing quality characteristics, etc. with the data that appear in the respective documents and responsible for the dispatch of materials.
• Packing and unpacking, classification, physical measurement of equipment and spare parts entered into the warehouse.
• Carrying out the assembly of packages (packaging) for dispatch to the final customer both locally and to the province.
• Informing your supervisor of any discrepancies observed in the spare parts, equipment and tools.
• Comply with the activities necessary for taking inventories and audits.
• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the forklift
• Issuing and creating dispatch guides.
• Support in the request for quotes for supplies and work materials.
• Support in issuing internal orders for goods and services in ERP.
• Receiving items in ERP.
• Recording photographic evidence of merchandise in the warehouse and discrepancies.
• Dispatch distribution report.
• Meeting billing objectives (Local Sales).

Position Requirements

• Education:
- Completed secondary school.
- University and/or Technical Studies in Administration and International Business
- Experience / knowledge in: Warehouses, Transport and IT (MS Office)
- Occupational Health and Safety Course.
- A1 driving license
- Forklift handling training
• Experience: More than 2 years in Logistics & Warehouses
• Other Requirements / Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
• Know, understand and ensure that all team members follow the company's Code of Conduct, teaching through their own example.
