Roles and Responsibilities: Oversee and support the PGI (Post Goods Issue) process to ensure it is completed on time according to the plan. Coordinate with internal teams and related departments to resolve and follow up on issues arising during the process. Communicate problems and provide updates to support teams and relevant stakeholders regularly. Monitor and maintain key results and dashboards related to the PGI process, shortage parts, and receiving operations. Provide guidance and problem-solving advice to the Clerk Receiving team. Collaborate with both internal and external teams, including factory and non-factory units, to ensure timely delivery of tractors and production materials in alignment with customer demands. Support the team and company goals in maintaining efficient product delivery and production continuity. **Qualifications** : Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management. English Communication Level is required. Self-Lead Contributor Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with PGI processes, receiving operations, or material control is a plus. Proficient in Excel and dashboard monitoring tools, Power BI is a plus.
