Responsible for the effective and efficient management of logistics operations, including customs clearance, transportation and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: You have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a logistics sector Tracking shipment and handle import / export customs clearance until delivery to requested destination. Prepare and process necessary shipping documentation, customs forms, and other related paperwork. Manage and optimize domestic transportation. Record and filing of all logistics-related documents and paperwork. Ensures adherence to regulations, standards, and company policies. Communicates and coordinates with internal/external stakeholders (project managers, contract admin, suppliers,). Collect, analyze, and report on key logistics performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, transportation costs. Skills & Competencies: - Pretty good in Thai & English in reading, writing and communication. - Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to work under pressure. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
