Position:Logistics Solution Delivery Manager
Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

Responsible for driving strategic direction of functions in Logistics and Manufacturing in the areas of IT services, system health, performance metrics and IT project management.

Oversees the implementation of technical and functional solutions for Arrow’s global warehouses and manufacturing centers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and ensuring that solutions meet client requirements.

Planning, executing, and monitoring projects, managing resources, and ensuring quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Identifying and mitigating potential risks, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.

Manage staffs to include hiring, performance management, salary administration, career development, motivation, and team building.

Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other leads and managers.

Accountable for the delivery of systems analysis and design to support projects and requests— data analysis, data model design, business process analysis, hardware and software analysis.

Accountable for project request estimates, prioritization and planning.

Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of project delivery team in logistics and manufacturing.

Accountable for the results of moderately complex delivery teams including subordinate work leaders in multiple units.

Drive strategy, planning and negotiations to serve client needs.

Budget and Planning. Create and administer department and project budgets.

Build and maintain strong business user relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsible for vendor management including evaluation, negotiation, monitoring performance to service agreements.

What We Are Looking For:

Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent related experience.

Experience managing multiple related teams.

Experience in effectively communicating project status, financials, risks, and issues to clients and stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

Experience managing financials of multiple implementation and conversion projects.

Is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related units.

Provides leadership to managers, supervisors and/or professional staff.

Developed departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities.

Applies acquired expertise to analyze and solve problems without clear precedent.

Provides input on resource planning and policy development.

Controls resources and policy formation in area of responsibility.

Identifies applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex problems.

Leading and motivating project teams, providing guidance and direction, and fostering collaboration.

Manages large teams of professionals and/or junior managers.

Coaches team members on performance, completes employee performance evaluations and recommends pay actions.

Warehouse and Transportation system experience is nice to have.

Essential Skills:

Project Management Methodologies: Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of supply chain technologies and systems.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in providing clear and concise leadership updates.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.

Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and lead teams.

Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Budget and Timeline Management: Ability to manage project budgets and timelines effectively.

Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid role out of our Centennial, CO office. Candidates will be required to work from the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$137,600.00 - $192,753.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
