Collins Aerospace is looking for an entry-level Logistics Analyst to support the Largo, FL Logistics Shipping Operation using multiple parallel software applications to provide support to Operations and all other internal customers. This is an Onsite role and is not eligible for relocation.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Proven ability to be flexible and adaptive to learning new job responsibilities and tasks within the Logistics Shipping department.
+ Reading, interpreting, and executing written / verbal process instructions.
+ Make Safety Job One. Protect your personal safety and those around you encouraging job hazard safety requirements and engaging in safety walkabouts and other safety engagements.
+ Ensuring the use of proper material handling processes and run rules.
+ Review, preparation and shipment of products and materials.
+ Audit incoming documentation and products to ensure process compliance.
+ Support the day-to-day operation under the guidance and direction of management.
+ Provide Shipping process direction and support as needed to customer and Pack Operators to ensure safe and timely processing of shipments.
+ Create Carrier Bills of Lading and Waybills for outbound transit via dedicated low cost carrier
+ Interface with Program Support Management, Contracts and Government representatives to produce error free documentation efficiently and within defined time constraints.
+ Collaborate with team and Management to streamline the end-to-end process. Identify improvement opportunities; develops and implements effective solutions
+ Work independently with minimal supervision; recognizing when assistance is required
+ Work within a team in a dynamic fast pace environment
+ Manage multiple priorities as required
+ Meet commitments, accomplishing goals and delivering results
+ Participate or lead a continuous improvement CORE process improvement project
+ Support key performance metrics within your sphere of influence
+ Establish and Maintain 6S efforts. Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
+ Follow Logistics processes within respected areas of operation in meeting established service level commitments
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ Typically requires: Bachelor’s degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience **_OR_** In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required
+ Minimum of 2 years Logistics or Transportation related administrative experience
+ Experience working with both internal and external customers
+ Experience working with Operations, Production, Engineering, and related disciplines
+ Working knowledge of SAP, PRISM, APEX Web-based tools
+ The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
+ Ability to work occasional extra hours to meet customer needs
+ Ability to lift up to 28 lbs.
+ Experience working within a team and fast pace environment
+ Experience with Microsoft Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), applications
**Qualifications We Prefer:**
+ Current and active Secret Clearance
+ Working knowledge of SAP, PRISM, APEX Web-based tools
+ General DOD industry experience and understanding of protocols. Including work with Government Furnished Material and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Systems (DFARS)
+ Import/Export Compliance experience
+ Excellent verbal, written, organizational and time management skills
+ Possess a solid Safety and team first reputation, professionalism, and ethical responsibility
+ Excellent customer service and problem solving skills

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
