Major brand acquisitions occurred in January of 2010 making Coors Distributing Company one of the top 25 largest beer distributors in the country with over 30 suppliers, roughly 14 million cases per year, and nearly 400 employees.

The Logistics Routing Specialist in Denver, CO is responsible for planning, executing, and continuously improving delivery, sales, and merchandising routes. This role ensures routing plans are both efficient and resilient while supporting service expectations, balanced workloads, and positive experience for frontline employees. By partnering cross-functionally, this role drives both daily operational excellence and long-term routing strategy.
This position reports to the Logistics Manager.
What You'll Be Brewing:
Key Ingredients:
Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, transportation, business or related field is preferred. Prior experience in distribution, transportation, or consumer goods logistics is strongly preferred. Knowledge of DOT regulations and their application to delivery routing is preferred. This position is based in Denver, CO and requires candidates to reside locally. The regular schedule is 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday. You have a strong analytical mindset - comfortable working with AVP reporting, large data sets, and performance metrics to drive improvements. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across departments and levels of the organization. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience with routing and optimization software (such as BizStride, Roadnet, Omnitracs, or similar platforms) and distribution systems such as VIP are preferred. You love a challenge. Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $59,000 - $77,400 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
