Job DescriptionIntroduction of new business models and customer requirementsDimensioning and planning of the warehouse, particularly its layoutParticipation in tenders, contract awards, and planning of warehouse relocationsImplementation of process training for external service providersParticipation in the development of warehouse processes within the logistics process landscapeApplication of CIP methodology for continuous improvement of process qualityResponsibility for meeting key performance indicators (Bosch Distribution Standard KPIs)Development of corrective measures in case of KPI deviations, ensuring implementation and monitoring sustainability

QualificationsUniversity degree in Economics or equivalent educationProfound understanding of logistical processesAbility to work in an international teamConfident and cooperative manner when working with related departments and external service providersExcellent communication skillsOutcome-oriented work approachGood knowledge of the ERP system SAP and MS OfficeWillingness to travel (within working hours)Extensive professional experienceBusiness fluency in English (C1 level)
