We are looking for a Logistics & Reporting Analyst to join our team. This position will divide its focus between operational reporting, following up on dangerous goods and logistics analytics. Through this function we intend to ensure compliance with regulations, improve carrier performance, support our network and finally enhance sales.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Collect, analyze and report data on material entering our network and sent to the end consumers. (Eg packaging, tires).
Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities
Follow up on the Reach reporting (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) and ADR legislation (International Carriage of Dangerous goods by Road) ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Support the setup of MSDS’s as well as the CLP labelling in cooperation with an external party
Coordinate with Global and Internal Teams to gather necessary data
Support audits and inspections as needed
Track and document usage, disposal and recycling of materials used
Collaborate with the logistics team to monitor and evaluate carrier metrics. Assist in preparing and conducting carrier performance reviews.
Support the logistics team into transforming logistics data into clear, actionable insights
Support on any logistics activity where needed
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Supply chain management, or related field
Understanding of environmental regulations incl. REACH and other chemical regulatory frameworks
Certified knowledge of ADR regulations for dangerous goods transport is a plus.
Familiarity with logistics operations and transportation systems
Knowledge of environmental reporting requirements for packaging, tires etc is a plus
Proficiency in data collection, analysis and reporting
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
