**Job Description**
Danfoss is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Logistics Quality Analyst. You will have the opportunity to be part of a thriving and motivated department where you can challenge yourself by managing a versatile and comprehensive position with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.
The Logistics Quality Analyst will be responsible for supporting the governance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the logistics area, ensuring their update, review, and compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements. This professional will play a key role in process validation, compliance assurance, and the development of methodologies for control and continuous improvement.
Additionally, this role will oversee operational training management, ensuring that logistics teams are properly trained in the required processes and standards. The analyst will also be responsible for conducting internal and external audits, establishing corrective and preventive action plans to ensure operational excellence.
This position will report directed to the Regional Logistics Director for Latin America.
**Job Responsibilities**
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
+ **SOP Governance** : Oversee reviews, ensure the proper development and updating of logistics operational documents, and support teams in process standardization.
+ **Training Management** : Develop and maintain a structured training plan for operational teams, ensuring that the right people are trained in the necessary processes and procedures.
+ **Audits & Compliance** : Conduct internal process audits and support external audits, ensuring adherence to applicable standards and regulations ( **ISO 9000, AEO, etc.** ).
+ **Process Validation** : Work closely with logistics operational teams to validate and implement new processes and methodologies, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
+ **Monitoring & Continuous Improvement** : Identify process optimization opportunities, implement improvements, and create performance metrics to track the effectiveness of changes.
+ **Control & Risk Management** : Develop mechanisms to monitor and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
+ **Quality & Compliance Interface** : Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external audits related to logistics operations.
+ **Documentation & Reporting** : Ensure proper organization and traceability of documents, audit evidence, and training records, providing periodic reports to internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
+ Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Quality Management, or a related field** .
+ Previous experience in **quality management, audits, and operational process standardization** .
+ Knowledge of **quality management systems (ISO 9000, Lean, Six Sigma, SOX, or similar)** .
+ Experience in **internal and external audits, action plan development, and non-compliance monitoring** .
+ Ability to **structure and conduct training programs for operational teams** .
+ Experience with **documentation and process governance in logistics operations** .
+ Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills** .
+ Ability to **work collaboratively and influence different stakeholders** .
+ **Upper-Intermediate English and** **Intermediate Spanish** .
+ **Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma** .
+ Experience with **quality management tools** (e.g., **PDCA, FMEA, 5S, Kaizen, etc.** ).
