We are seeking a Logistics Project Leader within our Global Logistics Strategy team to lead and support lean initiatives within the logistics space. In this role, you will have a significant impact on improving the end to end logistics journey at BRP.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Collaborate with various sectors to analyze data, identify problem sources, and quantify them while recommending solutions

Plan and deploy problem-solving plans in the global manufacturing and logistics network 

Identify and justify the adoption and application of new technologies to continue our logistics growth

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

A strong ability to understand complex situations with excellent critical thinking skills

Excellent skills in planning, priority management, and problem-solving follow-up

Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English to collaborate with key stakeholders outside of Quebec

A valued collaborator and team player

A strong background in logistics and a deep understanding of operational realities and challenges in logistics

Strong business acumen 

Experience in working with large amounts of data with the ability to transform it into meaningful and actionable insights
