Role Overview

Logistics Oversight: Lead and manage all aspects of logistics projects, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met with precision.Site Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to optimize site logistics processes, enhancing operational efficiency.Transport Management: Oversee transport operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that align with organizational goals and client requirements.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns to ensure project success.Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.Risk Management: Identify potential risks in logistics processes and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project execution.Compliance Assurance: Ensure all logistics activities comply with local regulations and industry standards.

Skills & Qualifications

Traffic & Logistics Expertise: Strong understanding of traffic management and logistics principles, with the ability to apply them effectively in real-world scenarios.Site Logistics Knowledge: Proven experience in site logistics management, ensuring efficient flow of materials and resources.Transport Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of transport operations, including planning, execution, and optimization.Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities to assess data and make informed decisions that enhance logistics performance.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Education & Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics project management or a similar role within the logistics industry.
