Job Responsibilities:

职责：

1.三方物流仓库和运输管理：建立完整、严谨三方物流仓库管理流程并监控实施；运输管理及成本控制；

2.执行并优化客户计划、材料计划和生产计划执行，确保无原材料短缺和客户停产；

3.管理供应商并改善交付绩效指标，满足准时交付。完成公司库存控制和优化绩效指标；

4.制定并实施专业能力培训发展计划，并验证培训效果；

5.建立计划组KPI指标系统并紧密监控实施落实；

6.计划相关标准化作业制定、执行、监控和改善，确保物流计划工作系统化；

7.仓库管理：原材料、在制品和成品存储管理，备件和化学品仓库管理。负责安全管理、先进先出、5S、目视化管理以及标准化作业，账务标准操作及盘点管理；

8.人员管理：负责日常管理仓库团队以及培训；KPI管理和团队建设；

9.工厂内材料配送：负责建立工厂内部物流材料配送系统及具体实施（看板，小火车和空箱拉动系统等），物流布局及车间投料系统方案的持续精益改进；

10.安全管理：负责物流仓库现场管理整体安全工作，建立并培训安全管理要求，严格监控实施；

11.向公司信息安全委员会或上级领导汇报发现的信息安全威胁；

12.其他上级交付的工作。
