Job Description

The Logistics Coordinator is an integral part of the Supply Chain team, working closely with both Administrative and Aftermarket functions. This role is essential for managing day-to-day logistics activities and fostering ongoing improvements in operational procedures, safety standards, and strategic supply chain initiatives. Acting as a key link between coordination and leadership, the Logistics Coordinator ensures smooth operations and alignment with company objectives.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with various departments such as aftermarket services, production, project management, customs, and clients.Handle domestic and international shipping, receiving, and documentation.Support tasks assigned by the Financial Operations Manager.Prepare accurate documentation for both domestic and international shipments.Utilize internal systems to generate transportation requests and orders.Verify incoming packing slips and label goods appropriately.Maintain accurate inventory records for projects.Organize outbound shipments and document them with photographs.Create shipping labels, delivery notes, and packing slips.Coordinate with freight and trucking companies to manage logistics changes.Inform customers about shipment arrivals and confirm deliveries.Ensure proper handling and storage of customs and shipping documents in Autodesk VAULT.Communicate order status with relevant departments.Essential SkillsAssociate degree or higher in a relevant discipline.2-5 years of logistics experience required.Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.Organizational and document management abilities.Capable of multitasking in a dynamic work environment.Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.Effective communicator across departments.Physically able to lift 40-50 lbs.Proficient in Microsoft Office and O365 applications.Additional Skills & QualificationsERP experience.Experience working in both office and warehouse environments.Work Environment

100% Onsite, Monday through Friday, 7:30-4:30 with flexibility. The position is primarily office-based with significant time spent in the warehouse (approximately 40–70%).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
