We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Logistics order coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the logistics operations for our clients, ensuring efficient supply chain management and delivery solutions.
Key Responsibilities:•\tMonitor systems for tracking and reporting, ensuring smooth operations.•\tInvestigate and resolve issues with shipments, providing effective solutions.•\tCollaborate with warehouses and stakeholders to support daily operations.•\tHandle exceptions and resolve stock and system issues.•\tPropose process improvements to enhance efficiency.•\tGenerate and manage weekly/monthly reports for regional stakeholders.•\tAddress escalated issues with root cause analysis and action plans.•\tCreate and manage customer orders and labels in the DHL system.•\tCommunicate with customer teams regarding stock availability and updates.
Requirements:•\tFluency in English, plus proficiency in at least one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, or Spanish.•\t1 to 1.5 years of experience in customer service/ international logistics.•\tProficient in MS Office programs•\tStrong teamwork and customer focus.•\tExcellent communication skills.
