Responsibilities + Provide and manage the receipt and distribution of direct material within the plant, shipment of miscellaneous and interplant material and implementation of cost-effective material handling plans + Develop and oversee proper internal and external material flow utilizing CPS guidelines/principles. + Provide on-site material logistics functions + Manage third-party logistics providers + Responsible for logistics services contracts including the daily operational activities of supporting de-consolidation centers, logistics service centers, and inbound logistics centers + Schedule supplier deliveries by common carrier and administer the returnable container program + Improve shorten Leadtime, Right Part Right Time replenishment and digitalize logistics including Logistics Process Improvement, NPI, capital, PFEP (Pull/ Kanban), Warehouse planning, control returnable Packaging for local suppliers and internal CRTT. + Manage supermarkets and kitting processes + Prepare resource plans for future material handling needs, equipment, and manpower requirements + Prepare an operating budget for assigned areas **Degree Requirement** Degree or equivalent experience desired Communication in English is essential. **Experience Requirement** + Logistics Management (Manager Level) + Logistics Planning, Logistics Process Improvement, NPI, capital, PFEP (Pull/ Kanban) + Warehouse planning, control returnable Packaging for a local supplier and internal CRTT.
