Job Description:
Arrow Electronics is currently seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Logistics & Operations Associate to join our team.
In this role you will be expected to demonstrate excellence in key areas, including, quality, precision, collaboration, and reliability
What You’ll Be Doing:
Provides solutions on procedures and issues regarding inventory control, ensures legal compliance to requirements, and interacts with internal/external customer.
Independently identifies root causes and resolves issues pertaining to financial impact to Logistics and Value-Add facilities.
Gives direction and provides solutions regarding inventory discrepancies and reports.
Creates written procedures and policies to comply with internal and external customer requirements pertaining to processes.
Acts as a consultant to project leaders to implement new or transferred business as an expert in inventory software systems and compliance knowledge.
Other duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For:
Requires a 2 year degree and 3–5 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.
The candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Office tools, Excel in particular.
Experience with inventory control.
Ability to identify a problem and provide solutions.
Experience interacting with both internal and external customers.
Is able to complete work with a limited degree of supervision.
Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems is a plus.
