The Job

Administer and supervise subordinate staff day-to-day logistics services and ensure compliance with standard procedure and system process.Perform distribution of documents and items service.Monitor service standard level and compile ad hoc investigation reports.Schedule and monitor team’s daily operation, resolving problems in an efficient manner.Resolve customers' queries or complaints, and provide with corrective suggestions.Perform billing calculations per project / service basis and system/ database update.Perform special duty as assigned by supervisor.

The Person

High school graduated with 5 passes in HKCEE (including English), or equivalent; higher diploma or above in supply chain/ logistics management will be advantage.  Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, with at least 1 year at supervisory level is preferred.Good in MS Office, proficiency in excel will be an advantage.Good interpersonal and communication skill.

Working Location: Kwai Chung

Working Hours: 44 hours per week (Mon – Fri: 0900- 1824, Alternative Sat: 0800 – 1200)
