Your Role

As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing logistics flows and managing operations with our 3PL partners. You will play a key role in cost control, stock reliability, and customer satisfaction, working closely with the Supply Chain teams.
 

Location : Ville-aux-Dames (Tours, France) – hybrid work model ( possibility of 2 days working from home).

Key Responsibilities (Non-Exhaustive)

1) Logistics & Transport Management

Manage and challenge logistics providersMonitor and resolve transport and warehouse disputesEnsure proper flow execution (ERP, EDI, SAP)

2) Inventory & Performance Management

Supervise cycle counting, inventories, backlog, and stock accuracyImplement continuous improvement routines to maximize sales and reduce bottlenecks


3) Analysis & Continuous Improvement

Develop and track logistics KPIsPropose and implement Lean/Kaizen actions to streamline flows

4) Internal Collaboration

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager France on decisions and team profilesContribute to transversal supply chain/logistics projects
 Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field

5–10 years’ experience in logistics/transport within an industrial environment

Strong expertise in SAP and 3PL management

Knowledge of hazardous goods regulations (ADR, ICPE) is a plus

Excellent analytical and organizational skills

Collaborative leadership style and ability to work in a team

Professional fluency in French and English (written & spoken) is mandatory
