Your RoleAs a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing logistics flows and managing operations with our 3PL partners. You will play a key role in cost control, stock reliability, and customer satisfaction, working closely with the Supply Chain teams.
Location : Ville-aux-Dames (Tours, France) – hybrid work model ( possibility of 2 days working from home).
Key Responsibilities (Non-Exhaustive)1) Logistics & Transport Management
Manage and challenge logistics providersMonitor and resolve transport and warehouse disputesEnsure proper flow execution (ERP, EDI, SAP)2) Inventory & Performance Management
Supervise cycle counting, inventories, backlog, and stock accuracyImplement continuous improvement routines to maximize sales and reduce bottlenecks

4) Internal Collaboration
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager France on decisions and team profilesContribute to transversal supply chain/logistics projectsQualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field
5–10 years’ experience in logistics/transport within an industrial environment
Strong expertise in SAP and 3PL management
Knowledge of hazardous goods regulations (ADR, ICPE) is a plus
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Collaborative leadership style and ability to work in a team
Professional fluency in French and English (written & spoken) is mandatory
