Logistics Maintenance and Procurement Manager - INTERNAL POSTING-

INTERNAL POSTING - OPEN TO FLC OFF SITE EMPLOYEES ONLY- + Oversee the loading of all finished products onto trucks without damage and in the correct sequence by assigned employees. + Verify all shipment documents and ensure they are filed and stored in an organized fashion. + Develop and improve shipping and receiving procedures and processes. + Provide work assignments, set daily/weekly priorities and supervise all loading and unloading operations. + Track and measure performance of employees and functions by using metrics and Key Performance Indicators, against baseline performances and set goals. + Provide employees with regular and consistent training, coaching, and feedback. + Understands, and shares the company vision and strategy and can explain to employees their role in positively impacting the vision and strategy. + Manage tool room, negotiate contracts, and vendors for vendor managed stock. + Order stock materials required to manufacture, and anything requested and authorized by management. + Ensures materials are delivered from the warehouse to the shop floor without delays to the manufacture process or stockouts. + Ensures the facility is in good working condition and maintenance and repairs are executed in a timely fashion particularly as it pertains to critical equipment and issues that may be unsafe. + Maintain the mechanical operations, inspections, licensure and registration, insurance, procurement, and in-fleeting /out-fleeting of vehicles and motor operated equipment assigned to the location. + Conduct regular counts and inspections of physical inventory to ensure accuracy, and safe-handling. + Any and all other duties as directed. Requirements Education and/or Work Experience + High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred) + Minimum 2-3 years of shipping and receiving experience.
