Responsibilities:

Lead Key AOP Financial Metrics for finish good warehouse and TransportDeliver logistic core KPI’s, take necessary actionsLead Effective 3PL Management, operation budgets, review and consolidate these budgets in monthly, quarterly and yearly base with finance teamEnsuring the necessary reports are issued to Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics teams within a timely mannerEffective stock & inventory management with counting accuracy, stock consistency conduct cycle countsCreate and manage productivity projects related to logistics, support productivity agendaEnsure service to sales by nonstop truck loadingThe execution and management of the current transportation agreements with finished product transport suppliersCoordination between planning, production, warehouse and transport sustain %98 OTIF to customersManaging logistics operations to realize cost minimization and service and operational efficiency maximizationIncreasing the capability of Logistics DepartmentFocus on improving perceptions on Careers, Recognition and CelebrationContinue to step up EHS Culture
