This position will oversee all the activities for all the GBS logistics activities. Responsible for ensuring the site activities are being done timely, accurately and the support meets the needs of the business. This position will interact with the local sites, work with them on projects and support them with problem solving, complaint resolution, paperwork creation and auditing as well as other misc. activities. Key responsibilities include: + Responsible for integrity of shipping and receiving schedule, all activities related to all Local Logistics sites. + Responsible to ensure all necessary paperwork for delivery notes and certificates of analysis, posting and problem solving on all orders, for locations. + Responsible to ensure that all warehouse postings and follow through as well as reconciliation is complete. + Perform local liaison function between Customer Service, Corporate Transport and warehouse on all orders. + Ensure the teams are trained in all Warehousing activities. + Help with resolution of complaints for each warehouse. + Ensure the team is working on daily reporting for shortages for the local sites. + Data reporting + Manage a team within GBS, with direct connections to the plants and external warehouses About you: + College Degree and 4+ years of Warehouse management experience + Logistics/Warehouse experience in manufacturing + Computer skills including SAP knowledge, Word, Excel, Microsoft Environment and Google suite + Leadership and ability to learn cross functionally with other departments + Knowledge of the Transportation Industry What you can expect from Barry Callebaut: + Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package + Environment that welcomes workplace flexibility + An atmosphere where diversity is embraced, and inclusivity is second nature.
