Your Key Responsibilities

 

Organizing and dispatching of domestic and cross-border transports containing road, air, sea, CEP shipments Advising shipments in customer portals Supporting in preparing shipments notifications for transport forwarders/ or customer’s forwarders Organizing of Premium Freights Creating necessary shipping documents for domestic and international transports Tracking and tracing of shipments

 

Your Qualifications

 

Actively pursuing a degree in logistics or related fields Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency  Good knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook Fluency in Excel (manipulating data, working with databases, statistical and advanced analytical know-how) would be an advantage Work well with others and open to learning Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
