Your Key Responsibilities

 

Supporting and assisting logistics teams in daily activities Executing internal and external ordering processes (BANF, order, confirmation control, track delivery on time, clarification of discrepancies, close orders and workflow) Managing orders in customer portals or systems (account balance, claim management, controlling of reusable stocks at external suppliers) Colaborating with logistics service providers Supporting projects and rollouts in all project stages

 

Your Qualifications

 

Actively pursuing a degree Fluent Polish and English at business level min. B2 (mandatory) Proficiency in MS-Office Fluency in Excel (VBA, manipulating data, working with databases, statistical and advanced analytical know-how) would be an advantage Fast learner and team player Ability to work responsibly and accurately
