Logistics Engineering Manager EMEA

As a Logistics Engineering Manager within the team of EMEA Corporate Logistics you will be responsible for the design and optimization of EMEA logistics network, and work on digitalization of Global Aptiv logistics network with support of logistics tools.

Your Role

Design and configuration of EMEA Logistics networkCooperation with Global Logistics Team regarding intercontinental flow set-upLeading regional logistics network optimization projectsMaintaining and application of logistics network design toolsIdentification, development  and implementation of opportunities impacting performance metrics, efficiencies, costs and controls of the Logistics Supply Chain.Preparation of guidelines and SOP related to the network operational managementSupporting logistics workshops in factoriesCooperation with various functions across company

Your Background

B.Sc and/or M.Sc degree, preferred in Supply Chain Management, LogisticsMinimum 5 years’ experience in Logistics and freight managementExcellent knowledge of fright cost calculationExcellent knowledge of Excel and TableauExperience working with tools for network design and optimizationExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to work under time pressureExcellent knowledge of English both verbal and in writtenKnowledge of Project Management tools and methods
