Logistics Documentation Specialist

Insight Global is seeking a Logistics Documentation Specialist to join their team. This is an Onsite role with standard 8am-5pm EST working hours in Greenville, SC. Below is an overview of the responsibilities.
Maintain the master list of logistics documentation/library (250+ individual document).
Collect, organize, and store documents on dedicated servers or cloud-based applications
Continuation in cataloging of existing standard work documents.
Conduct gap analysis by identifying processes and sub-processes lacking documentation.
Follow procedures to obtain work instructions approval from functional process owners from work instructions for change management
Ensure uniform formatting of documents are company QMS-compliant for level L2, L3, and L4 categories.
Ensure proper storage of all collected and cataloged documents in designated folders and published internally (SharePoint) and externally
Monitor and report and quantify progress of entire project
Adhere to completion due dates and meet milestones, and deadlines.
Undertake additional tasks assigned by the immediate leader/manager, whether verbally or in writing
