Job Description:

Location: Rialto, California

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a Logistics Distribution Dispatcher Supervisor in the Rialto, CA area.

Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of Logistics/Distributions Assistants and Coordinators.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating job site deliveries and production order flow, ensuring safe and on-time pickup and delivery
Distribute and slot tickets and distribute revisions as required
Provide customer service and support to customers via the phone and email, as well as will-call
Communicate customer service needs with drivers, sales, and operations
Update scheduling database with ticket details
Complete, update, revise various operational reports SQDCI, Time, Production

Desired Background/Skills:

Experience of working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where customer service, safety and efficiency is key
Solid customer service background with ability to communicate clearly with a range of employees and customers at all levels
Experience answering a high volume of calls from Drivers, Customers and Sales Team
Ability to lead and coach people throughout both day-to-day operations and change management processes
Logistics or transportation experience
Experience with scheduling/booking freight pick-up and deliveries
Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, pivot tables, with ability to be trained on company software
Strong, professional communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, excellent work habits
