**Job Description Summary** **Job Description** **Essential Responsibilities** + Manage import and export daily operation in Lingang Special Free Trade Zone. + Responsible for import/export operations conducted accurately and smoothly. + Manage system operations for inbound/outbound, work orders, etc to comply with local policy. + Manage classification followed by GE Aerospace policy. + Support customs inspection if any. + Coordinate between broker and biz to accelerate declaration progress. + Support license preparation to ensure Customs required documents ready before Customs filling. + Act as liaison to local and regional Customs officials in resolving government inquiries and audits. + Cooperation with stakeholders (transport forwarders /logistics /international shippers) and according to department procedures, trade compliance policies and regulations. + Monitor import/export shipments until the goods arrive at destination. **Qualifications/Requirements** + Bachelor and above in logistics related studies or equivalent. + At least 5 years of experience in bonded warehouse, import & export and international transportation activities in aviation. + Preferably with more than 1year of relevant working experience on bond repair, processing trade, bonded management in Aviation Industry. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, writing, interpersonal and communication skills. + Self-starter, creative, exhibits ownership, initiative, clear thinker and able to work as a team. + Proactive with strong leadership, growth potential, be willing to stretch and results oriented. + Ability to work in an autonomous environment. + Excellent on Microsoft PC application. + Good Mandarin and English communication skills. + Working experience in other MNC is better. **Desired Characteristics** • China Customs Declaration Certification. **Additional Information** **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No GE Aerospace is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
