Job DescriptionCommunication and obtaining mandatory documentation for the implementation of the customs procedurePreparation of additional documents requested by customersTracking and monitoring temporary admission process (returnable packaging flow)Checking and controling of export and import documentationSubmission of originals customs declarations to the customs officeImplementation of export and import formalities (in-house)Preparation of necessary documents for customs authorities and placement of customs stamps on goodsScanning and archiving documentationRegular and ad hoc reportingOptimization of transport routesMonitoring and reporting on key performance indicators and finding solutions for their improvementDaily communication with the LSP-s Leadership in critical transport situations

QualificationsRecent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering etcAdvanced Excel skillsFundamental knowledge of SAP (WM, MM) will be considered an advantageProactive and structured workGood organizational and analytical skillsExcellent communication skills and teamworkFluency in English
